Detached house, surrounded by greenery, dependence of Villa Eugenia, on two floors with private garden with BBQ and private parking outside. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and one with a bathtub. On the first floor, reached by a spiral staircase  a double bedroom with views of the city of Livorno. From the house it is possible to enjoy a marvelous sea view that extends to some islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, the city of Livorno and its port, appreciable at most in the hours of sunset.

The cleaning of the rooms will be carried out at the end of the stay at a cost of € 50. Once a week the necessary for the change of bed linen and towels will be provided.

Getting around

From the Santuario’s Square you can take the funicular (departures alternate every 10-20 min.) To get down to Piazza delle Carrozze. From here you can use the bus 2+ to reach the seafront (15 min. + 5 min. by foot), Livorno down town (25 min.) and the Rail Central Station (45 min.).

Neighborhood

Montenero, situated on a hill dominating the sea and the port of Livorno, is among the most famous Tuscan sites especially due to its famous Sanctuary dedicated to the Madonna delle Grazie.
